10-a-side cricket with 9 fielders on the ground.

Any no-ball is followed by a free hit on the next legal delivery.

Top 4 teams from each group advance to playoffs after the league stage.

Rain-affected or rescheduled games are replayed as T10.

Wins earn 2 points. Net run rate resolves equal-point ties.
